SHIPPING POLICIES

International Shipment

AGAM socks charges only the merchandise and the shipping fee.

Free shipping International order over USD 100.

We will processing your orders maximum in 3 days upon received your order and payment before shipment.

Every shipment is from our office and factory in Indonesia. 

Shipping generally takes 4-6 days business days via EMS by Pos Indonesia (Indonesia Post Export Service). 

We will email the shipping document and the tracking number, also the link for tracking the package.

Any order shipped to a destination outside Indonesia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. As the recipient, you are comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

Domestic Shipment

Free shipping to all Indonesia addresses.

RETURN POLICIES

International Order

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and including import taxes of returning items to our address. Please contact us at agamsocks@agamindonesia.com.

All purchases may be returned within 30 days of receiving the items. If 30 days have been exceeded, we cannot offer you a refund.

We will refund and transfer to your bank account after we receive the items with the condition:

- The socks must be unworn.

- Original tags must remain attached.
