SHIPPING POLICIES

International Shipment

AGAM socks charges only the merchandise and the shipping fee.

We will processing your orders maximum in 3 days upon received your order and payment before shipment.

Every shipment is from our office and factory in Indonesia.

Shipping generally takes 4-6 days business days via DHL service.

We will email the shipping document and the tracking number, also the link for tracking the package.

Any order shipped to a destination outside Indonesia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. As the recipient, you are comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

International Special Shipping Rate:

FREE International : Amount of order from IDR. 3.450.000 and up.

FLAT Rate International in IDR. 700.000 with amount of order from IDR. 120.000 to IDR. 3.440.000

Domestic Shipment

Free shipping to all Indonesia addresses.

RETURN POLICIES

International Order

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and including import taxes of returning items to our address.

All purchases may be returned within 30 days of receiving the items. If 30 days have been exceeded, we cannot offer you a refund.

Please also declare the value at no more than USD 20. If you don’t follow this process, we will end up paying taxes and duties on the item for a second time around which we may deduct from your refund. If you wish to exchange the returned item for a different size or model, please let us know in advance, so that we can take that item out of stock ready to send in exchange (to avoid it possibly selling out).
